If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns of unused, undamaged, or defective merchandise within 15 days of the purchase date. 1. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, unused, and undamaged.

2. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the purchase date.

3. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is being returned due to a manufacturer defect or an error on our part.

 

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [your contact email or phone number] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include the RMA number in the return package to ensure efficient processing.

 

Refund or Exchange:

Upon receiving the returned merchandise and verifying that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Exchanges will be processed based on product availability.

 

Defective or Damaged Items:
